The Missouri Mu Alumni and Volunteer Corporation (AVC) Executive Committee has developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Sigma Phi Epsilon experience on the Truman State University campus. Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that a complete reconstruction and reconfiguration of the chapter house is necessary. A Fundraising and Construction Committee has been working to develop strategies and execute this process. Working with KWK Architects, based in St. Louis, the following proposed plans for our chapter house have been developed.
Project Highlights:

Two-story house, plus a partial lower level, with communal space on the first floor and bedroom suites on the second floor

Create a total occupancy of 18 to house approximately 25 percent of the total membership
